What time can I check in, and when do I need to check out?

Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is until 10 AM on your departure day.

What if I arrive later than planned?

No problem – thanks to our code system, you can check in independently at any time, even late at night.

What should I keep in mind on the day of departure?

Please start the dishwasher (we will empty the clean dishes later) and dispose of your trash in the designated bins.

What can I find in the kitchen?

Our self-catering apartment features a high-quality Jura coffee machine – please bring your own beans.

Do you provide food, spices, or oil?

For hygiene reasons, we do not provide these – please bring what you need for your stay.

What basic supplies are included for the start?

For the first 1-2 days, you will find a roll of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, and 2-3 dishwasher tabs in each bathroom. Please bring the rest for your stay.

Are bedding and towels included in the price?

Yes, both are included in the overnight price.

What is the cost for an additional change?

Small towel: €2 · Large bath towel: €3 · Bedding: €5

Is there satellite television?

No, the televisions do not have satellite reception – however, you can use your own streaming account (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.).

Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. You will receive the access details along with your booking confirmation via email.

We booked several apartments as a group – can we spend time together?

Absolutely! We understand that groups often want to eat and spend time together. One small request: please return dishes, pots, and chairs to the original apartment at the end of your stay – this helps us prepare for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, your four-legged friends are warmly welcome upon request. Please make sure to mention your dog when booking.

What is the cost for bringing a dog?

€20 per night. If a dog is not mentioned, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or request an early departure.

What rules apply for stays with a dog?

Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas and should not be left alone in the apartment. Please ensure that other guests are not disturbed by barking or loud behavior. Non-compliance may result in early departure.

Is the tourist tax included in the price?

The tourist tax is listed separately but is included in the total price if you book through our website.

What happens in case of cancellation?

Austrian hotel and landlord conditions (ÖHV) apply.

Is there parking available?

Yes, your car will be securely parked under our carport.

Are there a washing machine, dryer, or ski boot dryer available?

Yes, all three are available for your use in the basement.

Can I charge my e-car at your location?

Unfortunately, there is no charging option at the house. Please use the public charging stations in the area, such as in Bichlbach at the gas station or in Heiterwang (about a 2-minute drive away).

Am I allowed to charge my e-car using a regular outlet in the house?

No, charging through our household power outlets (plugs, extension cords) is not permitted and violates our house rules. Non-compliance may result in early termination of your stay.
