Our Loft 

Our penthouse apartment captivates with its openness and modern design, accommodating up to 10 guests, including 6 adults and 4 children. 

Featuring a spacious kitchen and three cozy pine wood bedrooms, it serves as the perfect retreat for groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a generous double bed, with two rooms additionally furnished with 1.40m wide loft beds, comfortably accommodating a family of four. Every room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, providing guests with utmost comfort and privacy.

The large, modern open-plan kitchen is a highlight of the apartment, ideal for shared cooking evenings. 

The spacious and cozy living room features a large dining table for up to 10 people, offering ample space for social gatherings and serving as the perfect spot to relax after an exciting day in nature.

Additionally, there are four balconies, one of which is particularly large and boasts a cozy lounge area. Here, you can enjoy the breathtaking views and either have breakfast outdoors or gather for a cozy evening after an active day. 

This apartment combines comfort, style, and an excellent location for an unforgettable stay.

Apartment 1

Welcome to our dreamlike apartment for 4 guests, located on the lower floor. This retreat offers you the ultimate comfort for relaxation in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena.

The apartment features 2 pine wood bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. These private spaces provide guests with an oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventure in the mountains.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously blends with the cozy living room, where you can create unforgettable evenings with your loved ones.

Apartment 2

Our Apartment 2 is also the ideal place to spend your vacation amidst the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena.

This spacious accommodation on the lower floor accommodates 5 guests and uniquely combines coziness and comfort.

Relax in a generous living area bathed in natural light. Here, you’ll find the perfect setting to unwind after an exciting day in the mountains.

Our 2 pine wood bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds to ensure restful nights. One bedroom includes an additional sofa bed for one person. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, allowing you to enjoy your privacy. 

For self-catering, our fully equipped kitchen is a true paradise. Prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them at the dining area with a table for 7 or on the apartment's private terrace.
